You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance collections efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 30,000,000 - 50,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the collections team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and implement collections strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize losses.
• Monitor and analyze collections performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with credit and risk management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to collections and risk mitigation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the collections team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in collections management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry, with knowledge of collections processes and tools.
• Proficient in using collections management software such as Salesforce, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
• Certification in collections management or a related field is a plus.
