📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the import of containers, ensuring all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehouse staff, to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor container arrivals, track shipments, and manage the entire import process from vessel arrival to final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including international shipping and customs requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide reports and updates to management on the status of import operations and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all import activities.
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import supervision or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven experience in container logistics and international shipping.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, such as SAP or similar systems.
