📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement.
• Provide procurement support and guidance to internal teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on contract management.
• Proven experience using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Procurement Cloud, or Oracle Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
