As the General Affair Group Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, including cleaning, maintenance, and security. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
• Lead and manage a team of GA staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of performance.
• Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the store's security systems, including CCTV and access control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns related to the store's facilities and operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of GA services with the overall store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the GA or facility management industry.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, maintenance procedures, and security systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using GA management software, such as ServiceMax or Workplace by Facebook.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Jakarta's retail landscape and local regulations is a plus.
