📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed by pharmacists.
- Assist pharmacists in compounding and preparing specialty medications.
- Process insurance claims and manage patient records using PMS and EHR.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of medications.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in using PMS and EHR software.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and pharmacology.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field preferred.
