📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic demand planning processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Analyze market trends and customer demand to forecast future requirements accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of demand planning with supply chain operations.
• Utilize advanced tools such as SAP and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of demand planning processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to demand planning strategies based on market dynamics and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to supply chain and inventory management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management, with a proven track record in inventory optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in forecasting and demand planning, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation management, including the ability to coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
