Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage and train a team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Monitor food and beverage inventory, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.,Oversee the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
