Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the open positions.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates on the status of candidates.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referring agencies.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company's competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract qualified candidates.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
