In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.,Coordinate with the design and purchasing departments to ensure that all materials and components are available for production.,Train and mentor production staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest production techniques and quality standards.,Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control results.,Work with the sales team to ensure that production plans align with customer demand.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Textile, Fashion Design, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fashion or textile industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using production planning and quality control software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
