📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to support decision-making.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance and skills.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Familiarity with the mining or energy industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
