📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Handle cash, checks, and other forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain and update financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using computer software for financial record-keeping.
