PT Bukit Optima is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team in Bontang. As the Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the bartending operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine to customers in a professional and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a courteous and timely manner.,Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure consistent quality and service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bar supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to optimize profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, and wine selection and preparation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other bar management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as liquor laws.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in mixology or hospitality management preferred.
