📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of business processes.
  • Manage and mentor operational teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation and reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other operational management tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required by the role.
