📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware.,Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT issues.,Monitoring system performance and ensuring uptime.,Managing user accounts and access permissions.,Assisting with IT projects and initiatives.,Ensuring data backup and recovery procedures are in place and followed.,Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic understanding of programming languages and scripting.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
