📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the outlet,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and financial statements,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the planning and execution of outlet events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
