📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in organizing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback to participants.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met and aligned with business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of e-learning modules and online training programs.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in managing the budget for training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
