📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply what they have learned in their jobs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Report on training activities and outcomes to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
