📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) lesson plans and activities aligned with national curriculum standards.,Inspire and motivate students to develop a lifelong love for learning and innovation.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in STEAM education and incorporate them into your teaching methods.,Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community members to create a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.,Participate in school-wide events and initiatives that promote STEAM education and community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, STEAM, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience teaching STEAM subjects in an educational setting.,Strong knowledge of national curriculum standards and best practices in STEAM education.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.,Ability to create and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans.,Passion for inspiring and nurturing young minds.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
