📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide on-site IT support to clients in Bali, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls,Assist clients with software updates, patches, and upgrades,Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records,Provide training and support to end-users,Work closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT issues,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service & Application Engineer or similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking,Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for on-site support
