📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with maritime industry and logistics is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
