📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the nursing team's performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor and evaluate patient progress, and coordinate necessary interventions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance nursing skills.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure interdisciplinary care.,Assist in the management of hospital resources and budget.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Certification as a Senior Nurse or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of nursing best practices and healthcare regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid nursing license and professional membership in relevant nursing associations.🛠️ Keahlian
