As a Senior HR Executive/Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of candidates for various positions within the company.,Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning.,Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Support the HR Director in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of HR reports and data for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
