KION South Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a 6-month contract position offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.,Maintain and update customer and sales records in the company's CRM system.,Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and other sales-related documents.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of sales-related materials.,Support the sales team in preparing for meetings, presentations, and client interactions.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.,Assist in the organization of sales events, workshops, and other promotional activities.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager and other senior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or support role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.,Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
