Code Bay Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and other support personnel.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.,Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked with supplies and ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
