📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to understand the needs of the organization and the roles we are trying to fill.,Creating and managing job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job fairs, referrals, and online applications.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both the candidates and the hiring managers.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local job market and the ability to source and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
