Bright Web Berjaya is seeking a motivated Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team in Bontang. As a Junior Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and order processing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers.,Process purchase orders and monitor inventory levels.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Conduct supplier performance reviews and suggest improvements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
